Return Policy


We accept returns on all non-sale items for store credit only. We do not issue refunds. All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise will be accepted as long as the original tags are attached. Products returned damaged or worn will not be accepted. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, make up stains etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

We must receive the returned item within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return we will email you a store credit code with in 3-6 business days which can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing. 


For exchanges we must receive the returned item within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Return the item to us and we will email you a store credit which you can use to purchase a different size, or different item.


Defective Merchandise:

If you have received an items with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return.


Sale Items:

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit.


How to return merchandise:

You are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning the package. Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction. 

It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package should your package so happen to get lost amidst it's travels back to us.
